I charge $325.00 for an hour session. Included in that price is sales tax, the deposit/sitting fee, and 10 images). The hour will start at the agreed upon time, so plan on coming 10 minutes early to the shoot. That way you have time to adjust outfits or hair, relax, and then we can get started on time. A $100.00 nonrefundable deposit and signed contract are both needed to save the date and time of your session. In this session, we’ll have time for one or two outfits, OR one outfit and a prop or two. If you’d like to exceed the amount of time, or the number of outfits (which usually extends the time), there will be an additional fee. We can discuss this more as we get ideas for what types of pictures you are looking for. You will be required to purchase 10 digital images that will be edited. Although if you'd like more than 10, I'll give you plenty to choose from! Images are $22 each, tax included. Be sure to tell me if you’d be interested in any black and white or just color.
The Garden Session is at the Botanical Gardens in Fort Worth. The total investment for 10 edited digital images, 2 hours session, deposit, photographer's pass, sales tax and 2 tickets for you to enter the gardens is $410. It is a stunning setting with beautiful flowers, pathways and manicured gardens. $175 of a nonrefundable deposit will be paid to me in advance so I can purchase the photographer's pass as well as our passes for the session. It will cover the entry cost for me and two of you to enter the gardens for two hours. Even if you are not the one in the pictures, you still have to have a pass to enter. You'll need to send me your signed contract in order to reserve your time and day. Do you want to bring the whole family? If you have more than two people coming for the photoshoot, you’ll need to purchase additional tickets for them. We can discuss this when you pay the deposit. You will choose 10 digital images to be beautifully edited which you then will be able to purchase on my Pixieset webpage. Images are $22 each. I charge $55.00 per person for a headshot session. A nonrefundable deposit of $25 is needed to save the date and time of your session. The remaining amount will be due the day of the session. In this session, we’ll have time for one outfit and two poses (perhaps one formal and one lifestyle shot- at work, with a computer, in a desk or chair). You’ll get 2 digital images that have been edited. If you’d like to exceed the number of pictures you’d like to keep, or the number of outfits (which usually extends the time), there will be an additional fee. We can discuss this more as we get ideas for what types of pictures you are looking for. Be sure to tell me if you’d be interested in any black and white or just color.
A multigenerational family portrait is a special addition to your session, and might end up being the highlight of the finished products! Since this will extend the amount of time needed, and the fun, there will be an extra cost. Please contact me and we'll talk about how many different combinations of poses and groups you'll want. The more the merrier!
Please note that it takes about two weeks to edit the pictures after you have picked your favorite pictures. If you have a deadline, such as you'll need to turn pictures in for yearbook, you need pictures to create Christmas cards or graduation announcements, please plan enough time to allow for around two weeks after your session before you'll get the finished product. If I can, I will accommodate and rush an order for a fee in addition to the session cost.
